| INSTRUCTIONS FOR LISTING IN THE LAPIDARY JOURNAL ANNUAL BUYERS' DIRECTORY (& ONLINE DIRECTORY) |

open) 1. Fill in the “Company Information” section with all information you wish to include in your listing: name, address, phone & fax numbers, email and web addresses. Make sure this information is correct before submitting the form, as we will print it exactly as you fill it in. 2. Check all of the Standard Products and Services you supply on the product section form that you wish to list. Use as many as you like so people will know all the items that you carry! Standard listings are just $15.00 each. If your product or service does not appear in the STANDARD PRODUCTS & SERVICES LISTINGS, you can create your own SPECIAL LISTINGS at $30.00 each. Special listings will appear alphabetically as written. Lapidary Journal reserves the right to edit special listings. Limit: 65 characters per listing. You can also list cooperating dealers for just $30.00 each, or instruct your dealers to send in a $30.00 listing to be placed under your name. Contact us if they need forms. 3. If you're already running your logo or business card ad in the Dealers Section, you can now run it under each of your listings in the Products & Services pages - at 30% off the regular cost! WEB LISTINGS: Have all the products and services that you list in the ABD '07 listed on LJ's website's searchable database, for a full year for $20.00 per listing (Standard & Special). (We can only include all or none of the same listings as you have in print.) ** ** If you wish to list your items in the online search only (and NOT in print), listings are $20.00 per STANDARD LISTING, $30.00 per special listing. 8. Fill out the “Prepayment for Listings” section to figure the cost of your listings and logo/business card ad. 9. If you wish to list no products, but to include your address, count that as 1 standard listing (our minimum). If you wish to be listed under a second address, count that as another standard listing. 10. Fill in the payment information (if different than your company info), and proceed to our SECURE ONLINE SERVER, which can accept Visa & Mastercard orders, fax or phone your credit card information in, or mail a check or money order (payable in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank) for the total to Lapidary Journal Listings Department, 300 Chesterfield Parkway, Suite 100, Malvern, PA 19355. 11. NOTE: Companies named for individuals will be listed alphabetically by the first letter of the last name, (for example “Joe T. Smith, Inc.” will be listed under “S”) unless you check the box on the listing form to list by first letter of first name. 12. That's all there is to it! PREPAYMENT for listings and logo/business card ad is required.

1. PRODUCTS & SERVICES INDEX: your company name will appear alphabetically under each product circled on the reverse side, so buyers will know you sell what they need. Here is an example: 2. SUPPLIERS INDEX: Alphabetical by company, your listing will include your company name, address, phone, fax, toll-free numbers, e-mail address and website, as well as a complete list of all products and services you circled on the reverse side. 3. LOCATIONS OF SUPPLIERS INDEX: Your company name will be listed again, this time alphabetically by the city/province and state or country in which you are based so important buyers worldwide can easily locate you. 1. SEARCH BY PRODUCT: Site visitors/prospective buyers enter the product they are looking for to get a listing of suppliers who carry that item. Then they can choose from a list of suppliers (sorted alphabetically) to see their full company information including address, website links and individual product listings. 2. SEARCH BY COMPANY NAME: Website users can look up a supplier's address/contact information or product listings by entering the company name - spelled out in full, or just by a keyword. 3. SEARCH BY LOCATION: Visitors to jewelryartistmagazine.com's search can find suppliers nearby them (or in a certain geographic region) and products by city, state and country. 3. SEARCH BY KEYWORD: Prospective buyers can search by keyword in any field of the search, and get a resulting search which will find ANY company with that word in its name or address.

If any listing is printed incorrectly, the most the lister is entitled to is a refund of the price of the listing. In any event, Lapidary Journal is not responsible for the omission of any information not completely provided by the client on this listing form.
