Proposal Submission Closed - Thank You!

Please propose as many workshops for each event as you like. The more options we have to choose from the better the chances of being selected. If you have a required number of workshops you must teach to attend our event, we recommend you propose at least double that amount.

You will need to fill out the following form for each of your workshop proposals. At the end of each form submission you will see a confirmation page which will show the information you just entered as well as a link to submitting your next workshop proposal.

We love new workshops and give special consideration to workshops we have not seen before.

If you are proposing a class that we have offered previously, please consider submitting new images for that class.

If you have submitted projects that have not been selected, please do not continue to submit them!

You will be unable to save the proposal form during the application process. Please be prepared to complete the form entirely.

You must submit images per the guidelines below in order for your proposal to be considered.

yes     no

MATERIALS & KIT:
All questions are required.
My class has a required kit: yes no
Kit Fee (if applicable) $
Materials included in the Kit:
In order to keep kit costs as low as possible (consequently, selling more seats), you may offer a kit with copper, but note in the description that if a student would like to upgrade to silver, he/she can do that in the class, and pay you directly for the upgrade fee. Instructors can contact students prior to the event to see who might be interested in upgrading, to give you an idea of how many silver kits to have. This will allow you to price the silver closer to the event, at current market prices. (separate each item with a comma or semicolon - do not press enter, text will wrap)

Supplies Student Must Bring:
Note: it is important to keep your supply list manageable to encourage registration, especially for those students who sign up onsite.

How many additional tables do you need?
(please note that we cannot guarantee additional tables, depending on the room capacity)

Scheduling Requests & Restrictions:
(i.e. I need to teach 4 classes; Don't have me teach more than 7 hours in one day; leave me time to shop at the show; have me teach all my classes on one day/consecutive days, don’t have me teach my classes back to back)
If you need to teach a specific number of workshops to teach at our show we recommend you propose at least double that amount to give us a variety to choose from.
Note: not all requests will be approved, so please consider this when planning your workshop.

Special Room Requests:
*Due to space limitations we cannot guarantee that you will be in the same room for the entire event, or that other classes won't be scheduled in a room where you are teaching.
We make every attempt to keep instructors in the same room all weekend, however, it is not a guarantee, and we must use all time slots for classes. Special requests include: proximity to water, larger room for kilns or equipment stations, inability to change rooms due to kilns that will be hot.

Note: not all requests will be approved, so please consider this when planning your workshop.
